Course 3.1: Project Work
This module consists in a project work concerning the conception of a study day for schools in the manner of the 4-phase model of 'Sharing Worldviews: Learning in Encounter [...]'. You will work out learning materials which will also be offered on the platform as OER so teachers can use them for their classes. This project is to be done in a group of international students and/or different study subjects.
*) To finish the module you have to absolve an oral group examination of max. 30 minutes in form of a didactic colloquium. The colloquium is about the jointly developed teaching unit, the study day and the OER. Together with your group members you will present your concept and the materials you have developed. The module exam is usually offered every semester.
The Project Work will help you to reach following learning competencies:
- You are capable of working with students from different worldviews as future colleagues in a self-organised and cooperative way with mutual respect for worldview-related differences.
- You are able to apply your professional, didactical and dialogical competencies to develop a common teaching unit within a mixed group setting with representatives of different worldviews.
